Step Two

"So it’s up and running... Now What?"

This is usually the place where people start slowing down.  The site is up and running, and they figure they can sit back now and watch the money roll in.

If it were that easy, don't you think everyone would be doing it?

You have to start answering questions like ·          Why would anyone come to this site?·          Why would they come BACK to this site?·          Is there anything here that would make ME want to come back to this site?

·          Do they even know that this site is here? (This is a very key question)

Most of the time, you're not going to like any of the answers to the questions above, because it points out all the things that you 'should", 'would' or "could' be doing.  What you don't want to happen is it to become a 'I coulda, shoulda, woulda done this!" scenario.      We aren't really talking about mind altering, life changing things here. It's fairly simple to do what we are going to work on here.       We are going to work on the ways that you can contact your customers and increase your sales to the people who already know you and use your services. That is where your easiest sales will come from.     We are going to work on creating the tools that allow you to communicate better with your current clients. Together, we will accomplish the following tasks:·          Gather the information about your current customers and put them into the web site in a way that allows you to send them a newsletter online.·          Ad the necessary information to your current marketing efforts to include your website and e-mail addresses of your company contacts.·          We will create some excitement by possibly using a mail merge program to send out postcards about the site.  We may make phone calls to your best customers about the site.     It is work. But we help you create the methods that allow you to gather this information.     We will provide you with more details concerning this once we start on the project.
