"Now it's time to use what you have"
So now you have your web site where it 'could' be a useful tool for your business, but you don't really know how to manage it yet. You know that in order to keep people coming back, you have to provide new content for them. They aren't going to show up on a daily basis to see the same information. But, when they do show up.. they still want to be able to find the information they found useful in the first place.
And so begins the fourth month. This is when you will begin to learn more about how to manage the tools that are on your site. You are going to be surprised by how easy it is to use thee tools. Most of them you will be instinctively know how to use them, because of some of the stuff we've already accomplished together. You will be pleased with how easy is to add the information to the site. Thank goodness that adding the information is easy, because the decisions you have to make now concerning the content are harder. For example:
· What information do you want to add?
· When do you want to add it?
· Who do you want to add it?
· Do you want customers to be able to comment on the information?
These are all questions that that have to be answered before you start adding information to the site.
You may even decide that you don't want to add any more information.
You may decide that you don't want to continue to use our services! We hope not, but it is something that you are free to decide.
So what happens to the site? Does it continue to function?
If you decide you just want to keep the site up and running then all you owe are the hosting fees.
